Ye Old Renaissance Fair

This Sunday past we wentest to the Renaissance Fair of Michigan. 'Twas a grand time with much merriment and games.

The Michigan Reniassance Fair has theme weekends, and this weekend was "Highland Fling." So, we saw a lot of this:

This fair was different than the ones I remember attending in California. The fairgrounds were built up with a lot of little buildings in a Renaissance style, it looked like some of them were permanent:

There were a lot of people in costume:
