We started by cutting everything up and mixing it together.
Tomatoes, red onions, jalapenos, corn, and peppers. We cooked most of the salsa.
Then we spooned it into sterilized jars and boiled the jars to seal them.
While we were waiting for the salsa, some of us took the scraps to the pigs and had a little tour of the farm.

Finally, we got to try some of the fresh salsa. With no salt or spices, this salsa was the most flavorful, delicious salsa I've ever had. Farm fresh really makes a huge difference, yum!
Looking forward to trying canning on my own soon!
I absolutely adore your updates and can't wait to visit!! The salsa looked so good. I hope you kept some for my visit.
