Catching Up

We've been busy getting ready for the baby, so I haven't been posting, but I'm still taking pictures.

Other than lots of baby prep, most notable over the past month has been the snow. It started fairly light, but was an accumulation all the same:

It was the first sticking snow, so I was pretty excited!

This was only a small snow and we were able to get out and enjoy it the next day.

Cold on the feets.

Then, a few days later, we witnessed our first snow storm! It wasn't a blizzard, but it snowed for more than 12 hours straight!!

A total of 7.5 inches collected on our balcony.

It was wonderful to watch the snow fall and fall. Some of us were not impressed, though.

"What?! Is this ever going to end?"

With the snow came the return of the car-cicle as well as some house-cicles:

We've taken advantage of the cold weather to get the house ready for the baby.

We set up the big furniture:

Changing table, crib, rocking chair.

And purchased a stroller and a car seat:

The car seat attaches to the stroller!

I've been knitting a lot.

Hat for my cousin's daughter. 

New hat for Jake.

And I perfected the gluten free cinnamon-raisin sourdough loaf. (You might remember it was a disaster last time. This time I just used a little parchment paper and it came out much better.)

Oh, and here is a picture of the belleh at 32 weeks (8 months), though today is one month until our due date and we're very close to 36 weeks (9 months).
